HOW TO GET LEGAL ASSISTANCE FROM ALPINE LEGAL SERVICES

We generally see new clients during our regularly scheduled intake hours in Aspen, Glenwood Springs, or Rifle. We request a $15 donation per consulation. No one is denied services for lack of ability to pay. Thank you.

ASPEN: Beginning in November 2011 clients seeking legal assistance in Aspen must make an appointment to do so. Please call 970-945-8858 to set-up your appointment.

Appointments are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays between                9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Location: Pitkin County Courthouse, 506 East Main Street.


GLENWOOD SPRINGS: Mondays and Fridays between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

This is a first come first serve service.

Location: Garfield County Courthouse, 109 8th Street, Suite 304.


RIFLE: Tuesdays between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

This is a first come first serve service.

Location: Rifle Municipal Courthouse, 201 East 18th Street.

You may complete our online intake form in advance and appear at one of our locations during intake hours to speak with one of our staff attorneys. Please use the Email Us link on our home page. 

EMERGENCY PROTECTION ORDERS:

If you are seeking an Emergency Protection Order, you may complete our online intake form and also leave a phone message on our emergency message line.  Please indicate you are seeking a restraining order in your message. One of our staff will attempt to get in touch with you
